Raw material preparation:

Loading and preheating:

Put the electrolyzed material into a ball mill for further crushing to separate diamond particles from graphite.
Separation and purification:
Place the ball milled material into a shaker for graphite separation, which mainly utilizes the density difference between diamond and graphite. The sorted diamonds are placed in acidic water to further remove metal impurities. Strong oxidizing acids such as aqua regia are used to react with metals to form soluble salts, which can be removed by washing with water.
Final processing:
Remove the leaf wax stone, add the acid washed diamond material to sodium hydroxide and boil it at high temperature to complete the final processing of the diamond.
